This meditation app is designed to train yourself to habitually stay in the present moment at all time. When you meditate using this app, the app will randomly generate bell sounds to remind you to stay in the moment. A lot of meditation apps out there just play the background music with no interactivity. This app interacts with users to force users to be engaged with nothing but present moment!

How to use it:

1. Sit in a quiet environment (you can choose to put your headset on if the environment is too loud)

2. Set up the timer and press "start" button

3. Focus on the present moment with NO thoughts

4. During the meditation session, the app will randomly generate bell sound 10 times to test you if you are still being present.

5. You will need to respond to the bell by swiping down the screen within 2 seconds. In the end the app will show you the score. This guides your mind to focus on the present moment.
